|Project Dates||October 2015 – Febraury 2016|
The project involved forming a living space within the old roof benefiting from south facing London panoramic views. The existing Victorian brickwork fabric was left exposed along both party walls to maximize the scale of the space and to compliment the clay. 100% natural clay was chosen as a wall and ceiling finish throughout the apartment, eliminating the need to skim with plaster or apply layers of paint. Elements including fire door, jamb, architrave, skirting and door stopper being made from WBP plywood.
