The project involved a complete refurbishment and extension of a Victorian property built circa mid 19th Century, flanked on both sides by houses of similar appearances. The layout was reconfigured to accommodate a growing family. Key feature of the project includes a bespoke glass extension to the rear of the property and an extension of the existing closet wing. Underpinning boundary walls along length of rear extension, demolitions & alterations to form rear extension and revised layouts on each existing floor level, refurbish existing roof coverings, refurbish front and rear elevations and renew windows.
